Lori will discuss the programs of Afghan Women's Writing project and how it's affecting Afghan women's lives. She and audience members will read chosen selections from the newly released AWWP anthology, WASHING THE DUST FROM OUR HEARTS, a bi-lingual collection that covers such themes as marriage, family, love, forgiveness, education and human rights.
